Unfortunately not

What are the success factors?

  • it is legally bounded, so every care provider has to obey and has to have it. In which quality it will be cleared when inspection will come.
  • Good effect is when there is committed crime – or it help to facilitate power between care recipient and care provider. Unfortunately there is always reluctance of seeking help.
