Please mention the source(s). | The results are: satisfaction of the elderly and their relatives, review and supervision of care, better care for the elderly in the family, better relationships in the family, better information, greater involvement in services and forms of assistance, greater awareness for the needs of older, larger detection, notification and intervention in the case of abuse, fewer cases of isolation etc. |

What are the success factors? | Flexible form of assistance, available, free of charge, takes place at home, it is performed by older who are emphatic to the older and also understand specific needs of the older people, assistance includes support, understanding and relief over a variety of minor tasks; this type of help is also a contact with the outside world. |
